1. 2. Waterproof cavity type: Two buckles form a cavity of approximately 4mm. The cavity cuts off the capillary channel attached to the two steel plates, and the water column inside the cavity also balances the indoor and outdoor atmospheric static pressure difference caused by rainwater infiltration into the room. This method has been applied to the cross-sectional shape design of the new generation of steel structure house pressure plates and is an economically effective approach.
3. Bites are divided into 180 degree expansion type and 360 degree bite type. This method involves using an edge biting machine to bite both sides of the board. 18000 ° bite is a non tight bite, while 360 ° bite is a tight bite form, similar to the manual bite form of a blacksmith, thus having a certain degree of airtightness. This type of board is an ideal and reliable waterproof board, but its cost is higher than the previous ones.
4. Type of buckle cover: symmetrically set on both sides, clamped at the edges of the structure on both sides, buckle cover after installation. This method adopts the principle of cavity to set the buckle cover; Waterproof is reliable, but the amount of color board used is too large.
